"The P-15 Satellite Earcuff is part of the Alliage Cu29Zn30 collection: an ideal projection of my invincible self, translated into a jewelry collection. Based on the concept of trans-humanism, I have transcended beyond my human nature and became a semi-cyborg.
Each accessory of the collection represents a super-power of "my future self." All the pieces are shaped using a metal lathe, which gives the brass an industrial look. P-15 refers to Phosphorus is a chemical element with the symbol P and atomic number 15. It is it is highly reactive, phosphorus is never found as a free element on Earth.
This piece is made out of brass sheet and soldered to a wire that follows the shape of the ear." — Loan Favan

Launched in 2018, Naula is a raw an minimalist handcrafted jewelry line by Loan Favan. Loan is from New Caledonia, a French island located in the Pacific Ocean. She studied at the Design Academy of Eindhoven, Netherlands in the department « Man and Identity ». During those years she develops a sensibility for craft and textures. In her vision it is important to keep an authentic message of her heritage, and it goes with preserving the essence of her materials. She explores the world of textiles in search of textures that would embody her stories and stumbles across the metal world. Loan immediately loves the refined qualities of the material and starts some goldsmith courses next to her studies.
