TABLE MIRROR
Mirrored stainless steel, powder coated steel, aluminium
Droplet is a table mirror inspired by the fluid reflections and refractions found in water droplets. The asymmetrical, fluid form mimics a raindrop on a car windscreen. It is made with the industrial technique of hydro forming where high pressure water is used to inflate sheet metal.
The mirror is locked in place by the swelling during the inflation process. Special instructions: Clean with a mild detergent designed for stainless steel. Use a clean microfiber cloth with no contaminants like grit or sand to avoid scratches.

ASTRONAUTS
is an Athens based creative studio, founded by Danae Dasyra (Gr) and Joe Bradford (UK) specialising in limited edition sculptural objects.
Following individual professional journeys, they join their respective yet complimentary skills towards a shared vision in 2023.
The act of making becomes the emphasis, where a material or process dictate and design is merely a response. Most of the fabrication remains in-house, although specialised artisans and industries collaborations can become integral to the outcome.
Our pieces invite people to imagine narratives about their origins and function, and challenge one’s perception of aesthetics or even objects. We aspire to stimulate curiosity through an objects striking presence demanding one to pause and take a moment to fully appreciate.
